folder path: do not include special characters such as (') or the assembler will fail

now there are some big changes on the pre- compiler for the ide so i have left version .74 here for download.
Version: 0.75 August 31,2025 can be downloaded below.  It now supports sloppy coding and will remove spaces and fix tabulated areas to a certain degree.  an if statement can now be separated with spaces instead of tabs for example.... function calls can now have spaces.
